  • Conduct environmental rule applicability determinations and revise compliance programs to document and monitor compliance with the new environmental rules (e.g., Clean Air Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, etc).
  • Track and prepare required environmental reports and records.
  • Review and optimize a comprehensive compliance program to document and monitor compliance with environmental requirements.
  • Prepare, submit, and track permit applications required by the environmental regulations (e.g., operating construction permits, variances, etc).
  • Review and comment on draft environmental permits (e.g., operating and construction permit, variances, etc.).
  • Conduct general engineering support including data analysis and problem solving.
