The applicant should have extensive knowledge and experience in habitat restoration and permitting to include wetlands, water quality and storm water. Considerable experience with the Endangered Species Act, Historic Preservation Act, Clean Water Act, and Clean Air Act is desired. Strong technical skills in one or more environmental science disciplines such as Wetlands, Botany, Forestry, Ornithology, Fish and Wildlife Ecology, Water Quality, or Environmental Planning are desired. Additionally, analytical skills including data base analysis and GIS are recommended. A broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in environmental consulting is a plus.
