Job Description

The Center for Toxicology & Environmental Health, LLC (“CTEH”) is seeking individuals to conduct environmental sampling and safety assessments, data collection, and asset tracking as a part of flood relief efforts in Texas and Louisiana.  Employees working flood relief for CTEH will be paid between $15 and $25 an hour depending upon project assignment.  Overtime paid at time and one-half for all hours over 40 worked during the workweek.  Additionally, travel to jobsite, lodging, transportation and per diem will be provided. 


Requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • You must be 21 years of age
  • You must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You must possess a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
  • You must be able to complete successfully a medical evaluation to include an illicit drug screen
  • You must be available for deployment to the flood area within 24 hours of notice
  • You must be available for company paid travel for up to 30 days in duration, with shifts lasting from 8 to 15 hours per day, 7 days per week
  • You must be able to demonstrate technical abilities including the use of smart handheld devices and tablets
