Position Title: Sr Regulatory Specialist, Environmental Compliance (S4)

ABOUT THE ROLE
Sr Regulatory Specialist position providing support to the company’s environmental compliance program responsible for various types of environmental matters including, but not limited to, issues related to Environmental Due Diligence, Migratory Bird Treaty Act, Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act, Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, ASTM Standard E 1527-13, ASTM test E1903 and CERCLA liability, Sara Title III- Community Right to Know Act, Federal Aviation Administration and Federal Communication Commission. Ensure environmental compliance of Crown activities and assets by supporting thorough due diligence reviews and by making sound recommendations to Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide a comprehensive environmental compliance review and analysis of due diligence, permits and professional evaluations.
  • Research environmental compliance inquiries as required, analyzing the potential impacts such as wetlands, soil or groundwater contamination, asbestos, lead based paint, migratory birds, etc.
  • Coordinate and consult with federal, state, and local authorities regarding regulations that may impact the business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers by providing first-rate support and customer service.
  • Coordinate, prepare, file and track environmental permits to meet filing deadline requirements or project objectives.
  • Research regulatory compliance inquiries as required, including review and analysis of acquisition due diligence and in response to alleged violations.
  • Preparation and submission of FAA Forms 7460-1 and -2 (parts one and two), FCC Forms 854, and state departments of transportation applications, including support documents such as site surveys and U.S.G.S. quad maps.
  • Execute special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Participates in a multiple priority workload and acclimates to working under pressure with frequent interruptions in a rapidly changing environment.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience required

Experience Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) or more years of experience in regulatory, compliance or similar role.
  • Experience working in a corporate or environmental consulting environment a plus.

Where You Will Work
This role falls into our current hybrid work model, which is 2-days remote and 3-days in the office. To optimize collaboration, relationship building, and key stakeholder engagement, starting 07/06/2026 we will move to a 4:1 hybrid model which is in office Monday-Thursday with the option for remote work on Fridays.

Compensation
The pay range offered for this position is $32.93 - $45.29 per hour. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
