The Arlington of Naples is recruiting for a hospitality focused Environmental Services Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for performing housekeeping functions throughout the community.
Salary starting at $16.00/hour
Hours: 8AM-4PM PRN -includes weekends as needed
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an Environmental Services Technician:
- Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
- Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.
- Carpet Cleaning
- Tile/Grout Cleaning
- Window Washing
- Disposal of garbage
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.
- Ability to speak and read English necessary to communicate with team and residents and complete online trainings.
- Able to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffer, carpet extractors, and commercial laundry equipment.
- Must be able to push and/or pull wheeled carts and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
