Environmental Scientist Jobs in Taylorsville, UT
An Environmental Scientist plays a crucial role in the environmental industry by conducting research and analysis to identify, abate, or eliminate sources of pollutants or hazards affecting the environment or public health. They utilize their knowledge of various scientific disciplines to collect, study, report, and recommend action based on data derived from measurements or observations of air, food, soil, water, and other sources. Prior to becoming an Environmental Scientist, a person may work as an Environmental Technician, Research Assistant, or Environmental Consultant.
