Lab Manager Jobs in Worcester, MA
A Lab Manager in the environmental industry is responsible for coordinating all laboratory activities. This includes designing, implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, managing the budget and resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. They also oversee the training and development of lab staff, as well as troubleshooting any technical issues. Relevant certifications such as Certified Laboratory Manager (CLM) or Certified Manager of Environmental Safety and Health (CMESH) may be beneficial.
